SkyTeam Launches Go Africa Pass

SkyTeam- one of the global airline alliances- launches the Go Africa pass, which provides flexibility and cost saving on the flights that are operated by the Kenya Airways within Africa. This Go Africa pass is available for the business travelers and leisure travelers, on any one of the SkyTeam 15 member airlines on an intercontinental trip to Africa or a rest of the world trip ticket. 

Kenyan Airways provides its flight services to 45 destinations in 36 countries, which include Lagos, Nigeria; Accra, Ghana; Johannesburg, South Africa; Luanda, Angola; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; Lusaka, Zambia; Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo and Cairo, Egypt. 

Customers, who purchase the Go Africa pass, can get a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 16 coupons. The flight fare will be calculated on the total number of miles and a maximum of 75% flat discount is provided on the fare, depending upon the itinerary. The flight coupons have the benefits such as, no minimum stay; can stop for multiple times; get complete flexibility on planning the trip, and so on. The Go Africa passes are available for sale from March 1st. 

SkyTeam’s sales director, Jerome d’Anglejan says that the Go Africa pass is issued for the benefit of the customers because there is a continuous demand in the route within Africa. This Go Africa pass also encourages the customers to explore throughout the Africa continent with maximum travel options. 

Kenyan Airlines operates flight services to Nairobi from Chinese regions such as Guangzhou and Hong Kong, and also from various cities in Asia, Europe, and Middle East. Some of the other SkyTeam airlines that have services to Africa are Air France, Alitalia, KLM and, Delta Air Lines. Korean Airways will start its flight services to Nairobi from June. Other flight services like Arabian Airways and MEA may also start its services to Nairobi in the future.
