This partnership deal contract enables the Travelport’s Galileo, Apollo, and travel agents around the world can implement full access and booking facility to the Yemenia flights. This technology also enables the travel agents have their real-time connectivity to all important activities like booking tickets, booking e-tickets, checking the last time seat availabilities, getting instant schedule updates, and so on.
Apart from the above services, Travelport also offers Claim Passenger Name Record (PNR) to Galileo and worldspan travel agents for booking the tickets directly from the Yemenia. This ensures complete reservation process and increases the customers' service. With the fully new implemented features, all the transactions between the Travelport and Yemenia are streamlined in the network globally, and ensure the complete transaction, increased productivity, and inventory control benefit.
The senior director of Travelport, Will Owen Hughes says that the partnership with Yemenia ensures a good experience to the travel agents.
