The Riskiest Airports of the World to Fly

Some airports in the world are really riskier to fly because of its odd locations and neighborhood. The list of the world’s dangerous airports is detailed here for helping our customers.

1: Gibraltar Airport:

This is one of the most risky airports as the highway crosses the runway of Gibraltar airport. Here the cars are being stopped using red barriers and lights whenever the flights are passing by. It is definitely one of the dangerous and pathetic airports to fly and land.

2: St. Martin Airport:

The island is located in the northeast Caribbean between France and the Netherlands Antilles. The moderately squat duration of the main runway at Princess Juliana International Airport, and its situation between a large hill and a beach causes some extravagant approaches. The landing scene of the flight is mere dangerous. It is simply difficult to find the flight going above your head when you are standing on the beach side!!!

3: Courchevel Airport:

This airport is located on the mountain side with a runway of hardly half kilometer and a gradient of 18.5%! Here the pilots need to take extreme care while landing the flights by landing on the higher incline to slow down enough. Moreover while take-offs the pilots need to concentrate over the decline to pick up the speed.

4: Lukla Airport, Nepal:

Flying over the cliff end airport is really difficult and this situation is generally noticed in the Lukla Airport while taking off procedure. I am sure the scene might go you crazy and the flight simply moves towards the cliff. Hence the pilot needs to take at most care while taking off and landing the flights at this airport.

5: Tegucigalpa International Airport, Honduras:

This airport has a surprisingly short runway Planes used to have to fly low, lead the mountain, and go down into Tegucigalpa. That really required great power and guts from the pilots. That hill was flattened during the early 1990's. Currently, an approach into the airport is just as fascinating.
