Orbitz Worldwide Names Chris Orton Chief Marketing Officer
Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: OWW) today announced that it has named Chris Orton as the company's next chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Chris joins Orbitz Worldwide from eBay, Inc., where he served as senior director of Internet marketing.

About Chris Orton
Prior to joining Orbitz, Chris was senior director of Internet marketing at eBay, Inc., responsible for the company's paid search, shopping comparison, search engine optimization, affiliates and display marketing channels. Chris also led an initiative to make eBay's Internet Marketing services available to third party clients. Chris joined eBay in 2003 after 8 years of CRM and ERP consulting at Kana Software, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Chris has an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
