Passengers Vote for Russian Airlines
Aeroflot's service rated first among European SkyTeam carriers
JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines has for the first time lead the rating of the SkyTeam carriers in Europe for passenger service on economy-class short- and medium-haul flights, and business-class long-haul flights.
Aeroflot’s leadership was determined based on SkyTeam’s Onboard Survey results for April – September 2009.
Aeroflot holds leading positions on all elements of on-board service: ‘boarding procedure’, ‘cabin comfort’, ‘cabin attendant service’, ‘meals’, ‘media’ and ‘business-class video system quality’.
These results give evidence of the positive trend brought about by Aeroflot’s taking steps towards its priority goal – to become Europe’s best carrier in terms of service quality.
