Carousel Bar Mixologist Named Culinary Connoisseur
Marvin Allen, Master Mixologist at the Hotel Monteleone
Allen and three others were recognized for their superior skills in bartending. This is the third year for the awards, which recognize the top 50 professionals in the culinary industry in New Orleans based on cuisine, business success and community involvement. Allen and his fellow honorees will be celebrated at a cocktail reception on April 20, 2010.
