Aeroflot Resumes Regular Flights To Dresden In July

It will be the seventh German city connected with the Russian capital

From July 3, 2009, JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines starts operating regular flights Moscow – Dresden – Moscow. The flights are performed by A319’s twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) with the following schedule:

  • Flight SU103 departs from Moscow at 16:30, and arrives in Dresden at 17:10 (local time).
  • The return flight SU104 departs from Dresden at 18:10, and arrives in Moscow at 22:45 (local time).
Dresden will become the 7th German city connected with Moscow by Aeroflot’s flights. Dresden is one of Germany’s main industrial, transport and cultural centers. The city is renowned for its architectural landmarks, magnificent collections of paintings, as well as being a center of hi-tech industry.
Aeroflot made its first flights to Dresden in 1972. However, in 1993 the air connection was suspended.

Today, Aeroflot performs regular flights to Berlin, Frankfurt-am-Mein, Dusseldorf, Munich, Hamburg and Hannover.

The new destination will increase traveling options for the citizens of the both countries. In addition, Aeroflot’s membership in the global SkyTeam alliance provides its passengers with an access to the network of 905 destinations in 169 countries across the globe. The convenient interlining and joint bonus programs for frequent flyers with the Aeroflot ticket are available on all flights of SkyTeam members.

Aeroflot Bonus members will gain 1024 miles for each Moscow - Dresden flight.
