TravelPapa Guides is a great place to promote yourself as a tour guide. Galleries are great possibility to present yourself as an interesting tour guide to travelers. Your galleries is the presentation of yourself, your service as tour guide and of your country. Images are more informative than thousands of words.



Open your account, find Gallery option in your menu bar. Click on the menu Add gallery.


Click on the GALLERIES.


Click on the ADD GALLERY.

Name your gallery

Title can be an input for your travelers to open your gallery.
A good title predicts the content and catches the traveler’s interest.

Make your title short! The best one is a five-word title, it is enough to be read in 5 seconds. If travelers will be interest to find more information, he/she will open your gallery.
Make your title informative! No one will read or will try to understand non-related or knotty words. Your title needs to be the fullest extent possible for your travelers.
Focus on keywords! Keywords can be an impulse to open your gallery. Keywords help to understand the purpose of your gallery: photos of your town, your country, highlights of excursions.

Add photos
 

Photos are very important, because photos instigate the associations, travelers can image something the he/she can hear, see, taste, smell, or feel browsing your gallery. If it possible, add images that are a bit unusual or surprising for your travelers, something that can attract attention and provoke the interest for your excursions. 

What to publish:
Photos how you guide an excursion 
Photos with your travelers 
Selfies with travelers
Excursion highlights (ex: museums)
Photos of national food
Photos of town (ex: architecture of buildings)

Do not publish all your photos in one gallery, divide them in galleries. It will be nice to have 10-15 photos per gallery.

Write description to your photos

You know your town, because you live there, you organize excursions day by day, but it doesn't mean that your travelers know the town too, maybe the are planning to visit your town for first time. Give them a line how your excursion will be organized. What you are planning to show them. Your description needs to answer the questions: What, Who, When, or Where.

When your gallery is ready, you need to save it clicking on the red button Save Galley.
