This new retail shop is located at 49, Caine Road in Central, is a store, which combines two leisure travel teams. Moreover, this store is the first retail store, which is outside Singapore, and also the third branded store in Asia.
The General Manager of Flight Center Greater China, David Fraser says that this store might fulfill the gap in the local leisure travel market. David also added that this store would also be a sophisticated store retail travel, offering to Hong Kong, and also the foremost travel agency to provide excellent service to the expatriate clients. Before the store launch, the expatriate and overseas returned Chinese markets were been underserviced. Now, the launch of this new store would provide a great opportunity to target the underserviced markets aggressively.
The travel staffs in the store have already worked in their respective call centers, and provide a great opportunity to interact with the travel consultants face-to-face easily. Central is an emigrant area, which provides a convenient access to the travel services, working in Central and living around Mid Levels and Soho areas.
