MTR Gaming Announces Resignation of David Hughes As Chief Financial Officer

MTR Gaming Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS: MNTG) announced that David Hughes tendered his resignation from his position as Corporate Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Hughes terminated his employment, pursuant to the terms of his employment agreement, for good reason based on the resignation of Robert F. Griffin as Chief Executive Officer. John W. Bittner, Jr., Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting will assume the duties of CFO.

Mr. Hughes has agreed to assist with the transition during the next 90 days.
