Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. Opens Up the City Arena With All Inclusive City Comp System for Players
Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) announced today that it is providing a comp system for all participating restaurants, bars, fishing boats, snorkeling trips, hotels and golf courses via its 'All Inclusive City Comps.'
The new comp system will allow players to Name their Place and receive comp certificates to a wide variety of entertainment and dining establishments throughout the city of Sosua, and Santiago, thereafter.
CEO Steven Swank stated, "Offering an all inclusive city to our VIP players motivates them to play more and show our appreciation for their play time while building customer loyalty. There is no other system like this in the Dominican Republic and it will attract more visitors from the United States."
The new comp system is based on a working relationship with the local entertainment companies where those same companies work for the casino by distributing match play tickets to every customer for every purchase that is made. It offers non-stop branding with a call to action for every customer patronizing participating establishments.
Mr. Swank continued, "Unlike others' typical local promotions that entail printed flyers pushed into a non-visible corner of an establishment, CGAQ will have their name in front of every customer within participating establishments. Further, it is not just a branding campaign, it offers a call to action campaign with our progressive match play program. The more the customers buy from participating establishments, the more they get in match play. This motivates customers to buy more locally and ensure distribution is in place. Once they are in the door, our staff will ensure they have a great time playing with their match play and more."
CGAQ plans to bring the progressive match play program, with its all inclusive city comp system, to all surrounding cities including Caberette. The program maximizes the physical location's ability to profit, while it builds a bigger clientele for its online gaming and sports wagering division.
Mr. Swank continued, "Our business model is based upon a loyal, local clientele where tourist gaming action is simply added revenue. The program rewards the local clientele while building the first all inclusive city for the local customers and invites a new tourist clientele that will win, either which way. The casino is the centerpiece of the city and we love the idea that all the merchants want to work with us."
