Formerly the Radisson Downtown Market Square Hotel, the Doubletree Hotel San Antonio Downtown is operated by Amgreen – Karena Hotel Partnership, Ltd., under a franchise agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide. The hotel is managed by Phoenix Hospitality Group.
