Court Approves Appointment of Chief Restructuring Officer for Landmark
Miller Brings Three Decades of Real Estate Experience to the Position
Andrew Miller, Managing Principal of Denver-based Miller Frishman Group, has been appointed Chief Restructuring Officer for the Landmark residential and retail complex based in Greenwood Village. In this role, Miller will provide a range of services related to the management and completion of the project, including the supervision of build-out and sales for The Landmark and The Meridian residential condominium towers, and management of leasing for the retail/entertainment venues at The Village Shops. Miller will also coordinate all activities necessary for the expeditious and efficient resolution of the Chapter 11 reorganization case.
Miller's appointment as Chief Restructuring Officer was approved today by the Honorable Michael Romero in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Colorado.
"This is a great opportunity to continue the meaningful work that has been done by all constituents to ensure an equitable and speedy resolution to this reorganization," says Miller. "Our years of experience helping real estate entities to restructure debt, manage change, complete construction and assemble the right management team will help to achieve the best possible outcome. The entire group is committed to the long term success of this project and we are working in tandem with the bank group and Zack Davidson in order to maintain the inherent high quality associated with the Landmark brand," Miller added.
The Landmark is Denver's premier luxury, residential, retail and entertainment development and is located in Greenwood Village. The project includes two high-rise residential towers, The Landmark and The Meridian, with 130 and 141 luxury condominium homes, respectively. The project's retail development, The Village Shops at The Landmark, features 185,000 square-feet of high-end retail space, including two major entertainment venues.
