Jamba Juice Names New President of Stores and Vice President of Franchise Operations to Management Team
Bruce Schroder and Richard Coats join Jamba Transformation
Jamba, Inc. (NASDAQ:JMBA) announced today the appointment of two executives to help lead the Company’s ongoing transformation strategy. Appointed to the new position of President of Stores is Bruce Schroder, who was formerly Chief Operating Officer of the beverage company Adina for Life. Additionally, Richard Coats joins Jamba Juice Company as Vice President of Franchise Operations and brings over 25-years experience in multi-unit restaurants and franchise operations, most recently at Burger King.

Mr. Schroder has over 15-years experience in restaurants, consumer products and operations, including his tenure as Chief Operating Officer of Adina for Life, which makes beverages from organic, fair-trade ingredients. He has previously held senior positions at Peet’s Coffee & Tea leading their retail and specialty businesses; and at PepsiCo where he led the Pepsi - Starbucks joint venture, launched Taco Bell Express, and led the SoBe integration.
Mr. Coats was previously divisional vice president for Burger King’s Midwestern region. Prior to Burger King, he was a division vice president for Wendy’s International and also held leadership positions with Boston Chicken, Pizza Hut and Church’s Chicken.
